What is the Safari Leadership Experience and why do I keep going back?

As our lives become increasingly busy and technology-driven, it’s easy to lose touch with nature and the benefits it can provide for our personal and professional growth. That’s why the Safari Leadership Experience is such a unique and valuable opportunity to reconnect with the wild and develop your leadership skills. With no electricity, internet or phone connection, you can truly connect to yourself and the people that are with us. It bonds people for life. 

The Safari Leadership Experience is designed to help you develop your leadership skills through a range of activities and challenges. The program includes personalized coaching and feedback from myself as well as group debrief sessions where we can learn from all.

Exposure to new environments and experiences can help stimulate creativity and innovation. Being out in the bush, surrounded by and living with Africa's BIG 5 provides a unique setting for you to generate new ideas and approaches. Taking yourself into this entirely new environment will open up your eyes and heart to all opportunities that were previously blocked out from all the noise out here in the concrete jungle we live in daily. 

Spending time in nature can help reduce stress and promote relaxation. Through a range of outdoor activities such as hiking, wildlife spotting, and sleeping in an unfenced tented camp, you will find it to be a powerful way to unwind and recharge.
